TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the use of the website of Earvin & Lew (www.earvinlew.com).
Earvin & Lew, Association d’Avocats à Responsabilité Professionnelle Individuelle (AARPI) with VAT number FR 96 825 231 699, whose registered office is located at 16 Cours Albert 1er – 75008 Paris (telephone: 01.79.35.00.80 – fax: 01.79.35.00.89).
Earvin & Lew is a general practice law firm whose lawyers are all members of the Paris Bar (Ordre du barreau de Paris – Toque A0760).
The director of publication of the site is Didier DOMAT.
Article 1 – PURPOSE
The consultation of the Earvin & Lew website implies that the user has previously read these terms and conditions, that he has accepted them, and agrees to comply.
Article 2 – FAIR USE
The user shall refrain from any act likely to alter or disrupt, in any way whatsoever, the normal operation of the website, as well as any misuse of the nominative information present on the website.
Article 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The user undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights inherent in the firm’s site and its content, whatever its nature.
The user is prohibited from reproducing or representing the site, by any means and in any form whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of Earvin & Lew.
Article 4 – PUBLICATIONS
All intellectual productions published on the site are for information purposes only and do not exempt the user from seeking appropriate advice tailored to his needs.
The use of these intellectual productions is therefore made under the sole responsibility of the user and does not bind Earvin & Lew.
Article 5 – “DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES” LAW
Earvin & Lew is responsible for processing the data collected on its website.
The personal data communicated by the user of the website, in particular through the “contact” form, are reserved for the exclusive use of Earvin & Lew to enable it to manage the said requests.
The data provided will be kept for 5 years.
By the provisions of articles 39 and 40 of the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978 modified in 2004, the user benefits from a right of access, modification, update, and deletion of the nominative data which concerns him.

By Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the user has the right of erasure as well as the right to complain about a supervisory authority.
However, Earvin & Lew reserves the right to delete certain records from the database constituted by the data thus communicated, and to limit the number of records.
Article 6 – STATISTICAL DATA
The user is informed that during his visits to the site www.earvinlew.com, a cookie may be automatically installed on his browser.
When using the Site, cookies generated by Earvin & Lew’s computer servers may be automatically installed on the user’s computer. These cookies do not identify the user but only serve to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits, and the activity of the user on the Site.
The user can refuse these cookies or delete them without affecting in any way his navigation on the site.
The user has the right to access, withdraw and modify personal data communicated through cookies under the conditions indicated above.
Article 7 – LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The user is not allowed to set up a link between the website and another website without the express prior consent of Earvin & Lew.
Under no circumstances shall Earvin & Lew be liable for the consequences of accessing a site through a link to another site, if this link has been set up without its agreement.
